Embody Fluidity; Let Go of Rigidity of Mind, Body, and Soul
This idea was best expressed by Bruce Lee in his famous quote
“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”

When we fight against the tide, our backs will break. When we work against the flow of the Universe, we will only know to suffer. When we work against the flow of what is, we only create more problems to be solved.
Yes, there is a time for action and work; but when we attune and resonate with the highest frequencies of the Universe, we will intuitively know when to work and push. Because that work and effort are carried by the winds of God. All we must do is know when to open our sails.
